The room was reasonably priced and reasonably spacious with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave.
Excellent, favourable location in Northwest San Antonio district near to the university hospital and fiesta Texas. Also, by restaurants. Really had very nice stay on a business trip.

Great location right in the heart of Jackson, set in a safe area. You can grab a drink at Dave & Buster's, which is just 1 mile away! 🍹

Awesome stay on a business trip. Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to fiesta Texas. Cheap rooms with very comfy beds, decent value. With a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Nice staff, good and marvellous location in the middle of jackson.

It was fairly clean and the staff were amiable and excellent, beds were very comfy. The location was particularly good, next to the medical center and The Rim, La Cantera, fiesta Texas, river walk, and San Antonio and easily accessible.

The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, favourable location. We stayed in the a double room that was cheap and with extremely comfy bed. The staff were amicable and excellent and gave us good recommendations.

I got to say that staying at this hotel pretty good .... Great customer service and the room was fair for the price but wish that it had breakfast. Over all i like it and I would pick this hotel again because of the great location bewteen downtown, seaworld, and sixflags..... thank you

There is easy to go everywhere. Mexican restaurant just infront of the hotel their food very good and easy to go just work.

That it's very close to the north star mall and other shopping centers.
First of this is is not a 4 star hotel maybe a 2 star. The room was dirty and we found cockroaches in the room. The personnel was very impolite and did not help us in any need we had. One time we asked (at 10:00 am) for the cleaning personnel to come back later and she saw us (at about 11:00 am) leave the room and she did not clean it even so. When we asked the manager why, he just said this wasn't a grand hotel and he couldn't do anything, even though the cleaning personnel was sill there. Don't stay in this hotel, very bad service.
